Focus on Liquid and Amorphous Metals (LAM19)

This special issue of Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter is dedicated to selected contributions from the 19th International Conference on Liquid and Amorphous Metals (LAM19), held in Barcelona from 1–5 September 2025. The issue highlights recent advances in the structure, dynamics, thermodynamics, properties, and applications of liquid metals and metallic glasses, as well as progress in synthesis and characterization techniques.

Submissions to the focus collection are now open. All contributions will undergo the standard peer-review process.
